Daniel Teixeira is the Director of CEERT – Research Center on Labor Relations and Inequalities. He co-authored the books “Racial Discrimination in Childhood is Synonym of Mistreatment: the Importance of Childhood Legislation to Protect Afro-Brazilian Children”, “Diversity in Companies and Racial Equality,” and “Affirmative Action: the Question of Quotas System”. An international expert and lawyer on race, public systems and labor rights, he was a visiting scholar at Columbia University Law School and Public Interest Law Institute Fellow in Budapest. Daniel attended Pontifical University of Sao Paulo (PUC-SP) Law School, where he specialized on diffuse and collective rights.
