Carlos Moreno is a renowned international researcher, currently working as the Associate Professor at the Paris IAE - Panthéon Sorbonne University in France and serves as special envoy to Mayor Anne Hidalgo, City of Paris. He is the co-founder and scientific director of Entrepreneurship – Territory - Innovation (ETI). He specializes in the study of complex systems and in the development of innovative processes. He is known for his “Smart City” concept, and other research including the “Digital and Sustainable City” in 2006, the “Human Smart City” in 2012, the “Living City” in 2014, and more recently, the “City of 15 minutes” and “Territory of 30 minutes” launched in 2016.
