While many cities have taken the first steps towards sustainable mobility, they often face challenges in scaling up these initiatives. The jump from a few kilometres of pilot interventions to a city-wide, state-wide, or nation-wide transformation requires a strong vision, champions in the government, adequate funding, and a strong capacity to implement.
