Description

In 2017, Mayors from C40 Cities Climate Leadership launched the Green and Healthy Streets Declaration articulating a commitment to transforming their cities into greener, healthier, and more prosperous places to live. With COVID-19, there is a commitment to accelerating the future where walking, cycling, and shared transport facilitate the safe and efficient movement of people and achieve a goal where all trips are zero emission. This session will explore how cities envision and implement a green and just transition to create resilient, healthy and equitable communities.
